Windows Sucks

  This is one of my normal Windows sucks posts.  I do them from time to time.  I switched over to Ubuntu (Linux) to write this post.
  I have IE 8.0 beta installed on Windows and it has started to act strange now.  Of course I been getting those standard messages when I go to some sites saying I need to install IE to view a video, like at Netflix, or do something but other problems are now showing up.
  My mouse has stated acting strange in Windows.  I try to copy some text and the mouse does not want to go to the end of the text and will jump to the start of the text.
 
  We should never have let Microsoft get away with making such bad software.  Everyone should have gone with Apple.  I have never used an Apple computer but I wish I had gone with their system from the start.
  We always seem to be waiting for Microsoft to put out a version of Windows that works.
  I been running this current install of Windows for about a year.  You know what that means?  Yes time to just say fuck it and format everything and start over again.  That seems, to me, the only way Windows works.  You just have to format and re-install from time to time. 
  I have friends that say they have had Windows working for years and they never have to format and start over.  I suspect they are people that never do anything with Windows except read some email and surf porn sites.  Smile

  I am just tired.  I was up until 0200  hours.  I went to bed.  Russ woke me up about 0330 when he was getting something to eat.  I stayed up because I had to wake Ken at 0630 hours and I do not have an alarm clock.  I know stupid of me.  So then I went to bed at 0630 and got woke a couple of times by Russ getting something to eat again. 
  It is now almost noon and I am going back to bed.  I think Russ has gone to bed now.  Now if Ken works until 1600 hours I may get some sleep but he was talking about seeing if they would let him off work at 1200 hours today.

 I hope they do not let Ken off until 1600 hours.  Smile
 I could use some sleep.
