Problems sleeping

It is rare for me to have a problem going to sleep.  Most of the time I lay down and I am out.  I do wake up from time to time to go  take a piss.  Dam old prostate.
I was ready for bed tonight a midnight.  I was going to be and sleep and then when I got up in the morning it would be just a short time until the Comcast got installed.
I made an error however.  I decided to check out one of my videos on YouTube.
I watched the 18 minute video Howard Security FAQ 1.  I wanted to take a few notes and then the plan was tomorrow after I get the faster Internet service I would make FAQ 2 and upload it.  I watched the video and then went to bed.  I was thinking about what I was going to say on the new video and I started remembering things and I got mad and I could not go to sleep.
I should never have watched the video.
I am getting old.  OK, I am old.  When you get old you forget things...I would like to forget many of the events from my days working hospital security.  Not the contact with the visitors, staff and patients and not the contacts with the fellow officers.  I want to forget the directors of security and the management of the hospitals.
I made it 30 years but many of those years I was the only security officer on duty.  I had no supervisor and for 11 years I only saw a supervisor every few months unless I had to attend a department meeting at the main hospital.
When I was not working by myself many of those other years I worked the weekends or midnights and did not have to put up with management.
But they got to me.  Here I am 67 years old and I have not worked hospital security for 8 or 9 years and I am still pissed at the stupid ass supervisors that I had to deal with in the past.  Not all of them.  I had a few good supervisors.
