I installed a program called CamZoomer that I paid for a year or more ago. It just seems to get in the way and cause me problems. It will let me zoom a webcam something that I have no real need to do. But a small extra with the program is that it will let me pick it as the driver for cameras and I can get use one camera with a number of video programs at the same time.
I am not sure it is worth all the extra odd effects it puts in the mix.
One thing I found out however.. the program that comes with the Philips webcam is not as good as the Logitect program but when I run the CamZoomer program I can use the Logitect program with the Philips.
Since I was playing around with the Logitech QuickCapture program
I noticed that the drop down menu (where you see 320 x 240) had an option for 1.3 Megapixel capture. So I gave it a try and the QuickCam Fusion gave me an excellent photo.
