I post here about the "Army 'birther' loses ruling on evidence."
After that I started to get some Google hits. People doing a search on the subject and I was high on the Google list and they end up here. So I then did a search using the terms they did their search for to see where I was on the Google page and see what others are saying.
I find my site listed but many of the other sites listed from the search were site that supported Lakin. Let me tell you they were pissed off….Not just pissed off they are in a mad rage.
I think the reason they are in such a rage is that they were thinking that this was going to be a show trial. Lakin was denied his request to compel President Obama to testify. Then on top of that the military judge ruled that he could not even use as a defense President Obama's eligibility to be president.
The trial will be on did Lakin refuse an order. The charge is disobeying orders.
I think that is the reason that sites supporting him are going nuts now. They are so crazy they think that President Obama is not the legal President of the United States.
They think that any American that does not agree with them is just plain stupid and that all they have to do is present their "facts" and then we all will see that President Obama is not the real true President of the United States.
Now that is not going to happen.
The trial if there is one is going to be on did Lt. Col. Terrace Lakin get orders and did he refuse the orders? I do not think there is going to be a trial now. I think Lakin will make a deal.
I did find some good comments on some of those sites;

That last comment above I think is how I feel. I did not know it until I read the comment. When I saw the video of the Lakin I had that feeling.
You know when you see some crime and there are two subjects. In court you find that one of the two subjects is sort of slow and is a follower and just does what he is told to do. That is the feeling I had about Lakin.
I KNOW he is not only a doctor but a military officer but that is the feeling that I get about him. The feeling that he had this stupid idea and even others officers might have said the same thing but he said it and some of them told him …"You go girl." "You show them." "We support you 100%." "You are right." "You will be a hero!"
If he takes a deal and fast he could end up running with Sara Palin for President of the United States in 2014. If he does not take the deal he may be in jail in 2014.
