This is an interesting video. I do not know the law but we will say that the law allows a person in the state of Ohio to walk around with a gun.
So here you have a video of a guy walking down the street with a gun. A police officer makes contact with him and orders him to the ground at gun point and takes his weapon.
The officer then ask him for ID and checks him. There is some discussion about the law. They then return his gun to him and allow him to keep on walking.

When I was a police officer I would have done the same thing. I could not and would not drive past a man with a gun walking down the street without stopping and checking. Did the man just commit a crime or is he on his way to commit a crime?
What if you were the police officer…What would you do?
Now this guy was not in Dodge City (Kansas) in the 1850s. He was in Cleveland Heights (Ohio) today. This guy was not a total nut at the time. He had his gun permit with him. He had an ID with him and even had a copy of the Ohio law with him.
Many of these people will leave their ID in their car or at home. They will refuse to give an ID to the police and refuse to give information. This guy, thank God, did give the police an ID.

He has uploaded 13 videos to YouTube. Most of them are about guns and the right to walk around with a gun. The other videos he has uploaded are; Oppose Obama Government Health Care, Cleveland Heights Ohio Gestapo Police Order and Child Support & Alimony are Slavery.
I think anyone walking down the street with a gun needs to be checked. This guy would be at the top of my list for checking. Not because I do not agree with him but because he has some issues. I would not feel good about him being around the President of the United States with a gun and I would not feel good about him being around his ex-wife with a gun. I wonder if she has a protection order out on him yet?
