Barack Obama lies

  It is OK to be a Republican and it is OK to not want to vote for Barack Obama.  I guess it you're not voting for him because he is black well that is not right.  Only you know the reason your not going to vote for Barack Obama.

  Let me give you the facts and clear up the lies going around the Internet.

  These are facts.  They have been checked by lots of news people and you can bet the Republicans have spent a lot of money doing research on the subject.

  Barack Obama is not now and has never been a Muslim ("not that there is anything wrong with that").
  Barack Obama did attend schools in Indonesia and Indonesia is a Muslim nation.  So the schools that he went to were Catholic and Muslim.  Both the schools did have a few hours each week of religious instruction, but Barack Obama is not a Catholic or Muslim ("Not that there is anything wrong with that").

  Haters of Barack Obama say that he would not be sworn into office using a Bible but instead used the Koran.  ("Not that there is anything wrong with that.")  This is a flat out lie.  He was sworn in using a Bible.
  People are confused about congressman Keith Ellison.  He is a Muslim.  He did use a Koran to be sworn into office.

  The lies going around say that Barack Obama will not say the Pledge of Allegiance.  Well I saw a video on YouTube of him in congress leading the members of congress in saying the Pledge of Allegiance.

 
 

Homeland Security in Florida

  You read here and saw on TV and the news about the Florida blackout.  Half the state lost power.  Over 3 million people lost power on Tuesday.
  Well an employee was checking a switch, at a substation, and he disabled two levels of relay protection and that caused the massive power outage in Florida. 
  You see these substations all over the United States.  They have no security. 
  We are spending billions and billions of dollars on homeland security and one employee can kill power to half a state.  What if bad guys get people hired at key locations in the United States and do something like this?  Hell they do not even have to get hired.  They just need to know how to do it and they can drive to the substation break the padlock and do it.

TV Converter Box Coupon Program

  I got today the TV Converter Box Coupons from the government.  They are pretty neat.  They are just like an ATM or credit card.  They are worth $40.00 towards the purchase of a converter box.
 

They list stores that are close to my address at the bottom of the letter.  Listed are four Radio Shack, two Best Buy, one Wal-Mart and a Circuit City. 
  The coupons, cards, expire in 90 days and are good only for converter boxes certified by the government. 
  If you are in the United States after February 17 2009 there will be no analog TV.  All the analog stations will go off the air.  If you get your TV from cable or a dish you will still get TV.  But if your getting over the air TV there will be no more TV for you.
  You can buy a converter box and pick up the digital TV stations on your TV set.  These coupons give you $40.00 of the cost of the box.

Teacher Teacher Spank Me I Been A Bad Boy

  When I was in school and should have been learning about grammar I did not learn anything.  I know  you can tell by reading my blog correct?

  Thank God for computer spell checkers.

  Now that I know I am not going to die, right this second with a heart attack, maybe I should try and improve the grammar of Howard's Notebook. 
  I got a book on grammar on my Amazon Wish List. 

  But I was thinking that maybe one of you would want to take on the job of helping me correct my major grammar errors.  The idea that I have is that I post to the blog.  You see what needs to be corrected and then you strip me nude and spank my bottom for being a bad boy. 
  Sorry little day dreaming.
  I am sure my grammar is much worst than I think it is.
  I am looking for someone that can start small and be gentle with me.  Someone that is not going to try and correct everything at one time.  If the teacher blasts me and tells me that everything is wrong that will not help me.  It will just make me want to give up right on the spot.
  I was thinking some retired English teacher might this blog anyway and want to send me an email and start pointing out some of the common grammar errors that I make over and over again.
  Believe me I know there must be many grammar errors.

Sunrise in Miami

  It is 0600 and I am awake and at the computer.  I am sitting here nude.  I just woke up and I sleep nude.  I have two big windows that give me a view of the East.  So I see sunrise often. 
  Of course I have seen more than my share of sunrises because I worked the midnight shift for most of my life.  Of course when you go into work at say 1800 one day and you get off at 0600 the next day, that is a 12 hour shift, for you a sunrise is just a sign that you need to get home and get into bed.
  I do enjoy the sunrise from this condo that we are renting. 
  Since we are in Miami FL I do hope that someday we have a good view of the ocean and maybe a higher location.  There are some great places to own or rent here in Miami with great views.  I guess if your rich you can get a location that gives you a view of sunrise and sunset. 
  This location has a pretty good view of the sky.  This location also has a lot of traffic sounds.  We are on a pretty busy street. 

Masterbation to replace exercise

  Well since I do not have any problems with my heart ...then I must have been living the right sort of life style correct? 
  So now I can give you advice on how to take care of your heart.   (Smile)
  So first no smoking.  No drinking.  No drinking of water and in place of water you drink a lot of Coke. 
  As a small child a had the normal stuff kids should eat.
  As a pre-teen and teen I lived on only TV dinners.  So I guess if your going to follow the Jim Howard heart diet you should do the same.
  Then there is masterbation every day. 
  You can get fast foods, tacos everything.  Just do not mix with water.  Wash it down with Coke.
  There you have my diet.  Then you also can have a healthy heart.
  Now I do not know about some of the items in the diet.  I think you could replace Pepsi for Coke.  If your married I am not sure if sex with your husband or wife can replace the masterbation. 
  I guess we need some sort of study.    Smile

  I am just kidding.  Pay No Attention to the man behind the blog. 
  I do not recommend only TV dinners for years when your young.  My weight was 115 pounds and I looked like someone in a death camp. 
  Everyone says a person should drink water.  I think many of you are drinking a lot more water than you need but water is reported to be good for you.  Maybe if your a man and you drink enough water you will not have a prostate the size of mine.
  I am 100% sure that smoking is not good for you.  I did not always know that however..when I was a kid I used to buy my dad a carton of cigarettes for Christmas, his birthday and Father's Day.  Not only that they were Camel cigarettes.  Smile
  Now maybe sports and exercise could replace the daily masterbation. 
  I am not sure that the sports and exercise are as much fun.

No heart problems

  I saw the heart doctor today.   I have zero heart problems.  I have not had a heart attack and I have no heart damage.  Hell I may live forever.  Smile

  I still have chest pain from time to time.  I think one of my heart medications is the cause of the chest pain.  The heart doctor does not seem to think that is the problem.
  I should not have told him about my banana cure.  He looked at me like I was nuts.
  I was expecting him to refer me for a mental exam.
  He did say that maybe I should see a GI doctor about the pains.  No way. I am not seeing a GI doctor. 

  I also attempted a few jokes when I was with the heart doctor.  I do not think he understands my sense of humor.  I see him again in six months.  Not sure why I see him in six months but I do have an appointment.

  I am still taking all the heart medications and he added Zetia.  I have not got the Rx filled yet for it.  I guess I will give it a try.

  I have an appointment with my primary care doctor on Monday. 

  I got three DVDs today from Netflix.  I got "Dead Man",  "The Namesake" and "Friendly Persuasion." 

I see the heart doctor today

  I have an appointment with the heart doctor today.  This will be my first check up with him.  My guess is that he may have some additional information to tell me about my condition.
  I had to borrow $35.00 from Russell so I could afford the office visit. 
 
  When I get out I always have to worry about making it to the location and back and bath room locations.  It is a pain.  Most people just worry about getting someplace.  Oh well..I think I got a heart that is in good condition and a prostate that is in bad condition.  I am glad it is not the other way around.

  I see my primary care doctor on Monday.  An office visit with him does not cost anything.
  Of course last time I saw him he sent me to the ER and I got admitted for four days.

John McCain's supporters hurting him

  I admire John McCain for his statement on Bill Cunningham.  Many political people would have said something very mild but John McCain blasted Cunningham.  Keep in mind Bill Cunningham was the warm up act, that night, for John McCain.
  John McCain was so firm in his statement about Bill Cunningham that the talk show host went on Fox "news" and attacked both Obama and John McCain.  Then later on his radio talk show Bill Cunningham said he was going to vote for Hillary Clinton.
