Colonial Bank, N.A.

  I checked my bank and they are still holding my $400.00 and I can't access it.  I called and they said..oh yes..it has been over 76 hours now.  They said the Colonial Bank will have to FAX us a release.  So I printed out on my printer everything the Colonial Bank would need and went to the bank.  A very nice Customer Sales Officer (Lucia) said she would help me. 
  I had everything.  Showed her the AMT receipt that said I did not get $400.00 and everything and still I got asked if I got the money etc.   I had her call my bank and talk with them. 
  At last she said she would FAX them the information.  I waited and she gave me the receipt from the FAX transfer.  My fear is that she did not use the bank letter head and sign it and do everything that is going to make my bank accept it. 
  This has been a mess.  I need to pay the rent.  Remember this all started on the 24th of this month.  This is the 30th of the month. 
  I say again.. don't use the Colonial Bank ATM.  If you use it and it says network down then buddy your fucked.
